FAQs

Will andmetoo be launching a new range for the coming 2014/2015 seasons?

Yes! We are working on current ranges with interesting fabrics and textiles and designs.  We will release them here on the website as soon as they are available and via email to our existing customers.

There is a product that I want to order but it appear out of stock, what should I do?

Contact us, we will let you know what we have available and what is in stock.  We try to keep our ranges up to date.  Please check with us if you want more information about any products.  info@andmetoo.com.au 

How will I work out sizing without seeing the garments first?

Coming soon ... Within the customer service module you will find detailed guidance for sizes across all garments in our range.  Generally speaking our sizing is generous in arm and length but well fit to the body.

What if I make a mistake on the size?

We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll fix it. Return the goods unworn and unwashed and we'll send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty, you can contact the stockist where you purchased or direct to us if you purchased through out site. We will replace the goods as a matter or priority or refund you.

How quickly will my goods arrive?

Your order will be dispatched within 7 days. If you require it more quickly than that please make a note of the date in the comment section at the end of your order. Delivery of all items will be via the regular Australia Post mail service. Orders greater than $100 will be sent via registered post. This means you will sign for the goods. If you are not home they will go to your local post office and a note will be left for you.

How should I care for AND ME TOO garments?

Please follow the instructions on the care lable of each garment. The knitwear should be washed using a handwash or gentle cycle. Ensure denim garments are washed with like colours.

Where can I look at the entire AND ME TOO range?

Currently AND ME TOO does not have a physical shop front, just a virtual one! Please go to our 'Stockist' page to find a store close to you.  If you think we should feature in a childrens store near you please let them know or email us at info@andmeto.com.au

Can I speak to someone rather than communicate via email?

Of course, call our Melbourne office on 0401 161 367 during business hours. If we are unable to take your call please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as we can.

Is there another way to pay without entering my credit card details onto the internet?

You may send us a cheque (payable to AND ME TOO, post to 12 Miramah Close,Rowville, Vic 3178) or provide your credit card details over the telephone by calling our Melbourne office on 0401 161 367.

Can I send AND ME TOO products as a gift?

Yes we can deliver your order to an address other than your own. Simply insert the address where prompted and make a note to us in the comments section that you are sending a gift. If you would like to include a personal message please insert this in the comment section also.
