postage & delivery

Delivery Method

Your AND ME TOO purchase will be delivered to you via the regular Australia Post mail service. Postage charges are calculated according to the total weight of goods ordered and their final destination.

The postage charge will be displayed once you proceed to the check out area. To ensure accurate postage, our website obtains an electronic quotation directly from the Australia Post website. Orders of $100 and over will be sent via registered post.  We also recommend registered post (additional $2.70) to your postage charge on all parcels.  If you would like you item sent with registered post please advise at checkout. If you are not at home when the goods are delivered, they will be redirected to your local post office.

Timing of Dispatch

Your order will be dispatched within 7 days. If an item is not in stock you will be contacted via email. If no suitable alternatives are available we will simply deduct the value of the item when processing your payment.

If you have not received your goods within 14 working days of your order there may be a problem with delivery.  Please contact us on with your name, address, phone and item you ordered.  We will lodge an investigation with Australia Post.  If you have not chosen to register the item for postage we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
